Descriptions of topography and ice sheet datasets

• land_fraction_v1.1: This file presents fractional land coverage corresponding to topo_v1.1. Values are given as a fraction of the grid cell covered by land. Modeling groups not using fractional land coverage should make any needed adjustments along coastlines, keeping in mind also the 5 gateways that are to be kept open or closed as previously indicated.

• topo_v1.1: Topography for Greenland and Antarctica uses ice sheets simulated by the BAS Ice Sheet Model.
