This DVD includes the following data structure.

DIRECTORY

GEO_DD
	This directory includes .tif and .tfw files for each SRTM Digital Elevation Model 
	quadrangle sheet. These raster data sets are projected in Geographic Coordinate System
	(GCS) coordinates.

IMAGES
	Image files used for this data series'webpage.
	
INDEX_MAPS
	Four Index maps in .pdf format:
		1.  Index_Geo_DD - map showing all SRTM Digital Elevation Model quadrangles 
                    in Afghanistan projected in GCS coordinates.
		2.  Index_UTM_Z41 - map index of all quadrangles that fall into UTM Zone 41.
		3.  Index_UTM_Z42 - map index of all quadrangles that fall into UTM Zone 42.
		4.  Index_UTM_Z43 - map index of all quadrangles that fall into UTM Zone 43.
		
METADATA
	Includes four metadata files:
		1.  UTM_Z41_met - metadata for quadrangles projected in UTM Zone 41.
		2.  UTM_Z42_met - metadata for quadrangles projected in UTM Zone 42.
		3.  UTM_Z43_met - metadata for quadrangles projected in UTM Zone 43.
		4.  Geo_DD_met - metadata for quadrangles projected in GCS coordinates.

SHAPEFILES
	The following shapefiles are included in this folder:
		1.  index_wgs84 - Index grid of quadrangles projected in GCS coordinates.
		2.  index_UTM_z41 - Index grid of quadrangles projected in UTM, Zone 41, WGS 84 Datum.
		3.  index_UTM_z42 - Index grid of quadrangles projected in UTM, Zone 42, WGS 84 Datum.
		4.  index_UTM_z43 - Index grid of quadrangles projected in UTM, Zone 43, WGS 84 Datum.

UTM_Z41
	Includes projected, into UTM Zone 41, and clipped .tif files of quadrangles that 
	fall within UTM Zone 41.

UTM_Z42
	Includes projected, into UTM Zone 42, and clipped .tif files of quadrangles that 
	fall within UTM Zone 42.

UTM_Z43
	Includes projected, into UTM Zone 43, and clipped .tif files of quadrangles that 
	fall within UTM Zone 43.
