Airline Travel: ALL participants MUST arrange their own airline travel. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is located two miles from the workshop headquarters at the Hilton-Dulles hotel. Travel from the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) to the Hilton requires 45 to 60 minutes. Travel from the Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) requires 60 to 90 minutes.
Local Travel: The Hilton-Dulles provides a courtesy shuttle between the Hilton and Dulles International Airport. Rental cars and other ground transportation are readily available at Dulles Airport. Ground transportation between Dulles International Airport and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport also is available.
